Type 1 & Type 2  /  Made in Switzerland

Your logbook, without the arithmetic.

Record glucose, carbohydrates and insulin in seconds. DiabetesFit applies the carb ratio and correction factor your own doctor gave you — so you stop doing division at the table.

DiabetesFit on iPhone: the day's glucose, insulin and time in range.
What it does

A logbook that does the sums you were taught to do on paper.

Nothing here is invented. The app uses the parameters from your care team, applies them consistently, and shows its working.

01 / Readings

Straight from your CGM

Glucose arrives from Dexcom, Libre or any connected app — through Apple Health. Nothing to retype.

02 / Meals

Swiss food, already in there

Zopf, Rösti, Birchermüesli — 160 of them, with carbohydrates and glycemic index. Search Open Food Facts and USDA for the rest, or add your own.

03 / Doses

Your ratios, applied

Carbohydrate ratio and correction factor come from your doctor and live in settings. The app divides; it never decides.

The part nobody shows you

See the curve before you inject.

Most apps record what happened. DiabetesFit also shows the shape of it — how your insulin and your meal overlap, minute by minute, for your brand of insulin.

  • Move the injection earlier or later and watch the glucose curve answer.
  • Separate profiles for Fiasp, Lyumjev, NovoRapid, Humalog and Apidra.
  • A second explorer for long-acting insulin: see what a late basal dose does to the next 24 hours.
The timing explorer on iPhone, showing the glucose response and insulin activity around a meal. The Lantus explorer on iPhone, showing how consecutive doses build 24-hour coverage.
The history screen on iPhone: total entries, average glucose, average basal insulin and time in range for the chosen period. The PDF export screen on iPhone, with a date range and switches for charts, statistics, insulin summary and meal details.
For the appointment

Numbers your doctor can read.

Pick a period and DiabetesFit summarises it: entries, average glucose, average basal insulin, time in range. Then export it as a PDF report — charts, statistics, insulin summary and meal details, each one optional.

  • CSV as well, for anyone who would rather have the raw entries.
  • Your own foods and saved meals export too — months of work stays yours.
Privacy

There is nowhere for your data to go.

No account to create, no servers to trust, and no analytics, crash-reporting or tracking code of any kind. Your logbook lives on your phone and backs up to your own iCloud account — never to us, because there is no us to send it to.
