Important: By downloading, installing, or using DiabetesFit, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms" or "EULA"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.
These Terms of Use ("Terms" or "EULA") govern your access to and use of the DiabetesFit mobile application ("App"), including any content, functionality, and services offered through the App. By using DiabetesFit, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms.
DiabetesFit is NOT a Medical Device
DiabetesFit is an educational and tracking tool designed to help users manage diabetes-related information. It is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, and should not replace professional medical consultation.

Premium is unlocked by a single purchase and includes:
Premium is a one-time purchase of CHF 10.00. There is no subscription, no recurring charge and no automatic renewal. Once bought, it stays unlocked for that account.
Refunds are handled by the store you bought through, under its own policy — Apple for App Store purchases, Google for Google Play purchases. We do not process payments ourselves and cannot issue refunds directly.
We may change the price of Premium for future buyers. A purchase already made is not affected: there is no renewal at which a new price could apply.
All data is stored locally on your device — using Apple's SwiftData framework on iPhone and iPad, and a local database on Android. We have no access to it and operate no servers of our own.
On iPhone and iPad, your data syncs through your own iCloud account, managed entirely by Apple's CloudKit. This is not a paid feature; it is part of how the app stores data. We have no access to your iCloud data.
On Android there is no live sync. Your data is included in Android Auto Backup, which copies it to your own Google account. This is a backup rather than a continuous sync, and it is controlled by your device's backup settings. Your Premium purchase is deliberately excluded from that backup — it is restored from the store you bought it in, not from a backup file.
On Android, DiabetesFit reads blood glucose from Health Connect so that readings from your CGM app do not have to be retyped. Access is read-only, it is requested the first time you use the feature, and it can be withdrawn at any time in Health Connect. The app never writes to Health Connect.
On iPhone and iPad, DiabetesFit integrates with Apple HealthKit to:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DIABETESFIT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms in the App. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Switzerland.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and DiabetesFit regarding the App and supersede all prior agreements.

These Terms are between you and DiabetesFit only, not with Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation with respect to the App.
